Re-linking Your Spotify and Discord Account

  • Step 3: Click on “Connections” and go to the Spotify icon.

  • Step 6: Log in to your Spotify account and grant access to Discord.

Clear Browsing Cache and Password on Discord and Spotify

Clear Discord Cache

  • Step 1: Open “RUN” by pressing Windows + R  key together.

Check Your Discord Status

To get Spotify status make sure that your Discord status is set to online otherwise it will not appear. To do that follow the below steps:

  • Step 1: Open the Discord app on any device.
  • Step 2: Click on your profile picture in the top left corner and a drop-down menu will appear.

  • Step 3: At the bottom, you will see three options for your status, just select the “Online” button and you’re done.

Disable “Currently Running Game as a Status Message” Option

If this option is turned on, then it might be interrupting wiSpotifySpotify status. To turn it off, follow the given steps:

  • Step 2: Click on your profile picture in the bottom left corner.
  • Step 3: Click on “User settings”

Currently Running Game as a Status Message

  • Step 5: Disable the “Current running game as a status message” option.

After disabling this option, try playing music on your Spotify.

Spotify Not Showing on Discord (Mobile)

After linking your discord and Spotify on mobile make sure that “Device broadcast status” on the Spotify app is turned on. Follow the steps to do so:
