does anyone knows how this methods can be used i J2ME?
Math.cos()
Math.sin()
Math.sqrt()

they are all in package java.lang.Math

for example, when I compile the program I get this:

"Engine.java": cannot resolve symbol: method sqrt (double)in class java.lang.Math at

line 84, column 18

thanks!

which configuration are you using, CLDC, CDC?

in any case, you cannot use all the APIs available in the J2SE in the J2ME. a particular configuration provides a subset of the J2SE APIs only. let's say, if you're using CLDC, Math functions are not supported!

cheers.
