According to Netflix’s official Twitter account, no release date for “The Harder They Fall,” other than “fall 2021”, has been announced.
the film was first announced in the summer of 2019. The film was originally scheduled to begin production in March 2020. However, production was delayed due to the pandemic. Cynthia Erivo, the “Harriet” star, was originally scheduled to join the cast. However, she had to cancel due to scheduling conflicts. The film was shot in New Mexico last autumn. One actor tested positive for COVID-19.
The action thriller “Red Notice”, starring Dwayne Johnson and Gal Gadot and Ryan Reynolds, as well as the environmentalist dark comedy “Don’t Look Up,” with Jennifer Lawrence, Leonardo DiCaprio, and sci-fi mind-bender, “Escape from Spiderhead”, with Miles Teller and Jurnee Slomollett are just a few of the other star-studded Netflix movies. The Harder They Fall has a revenge plot
“The Harder They Falls” is a Western classic about a young man seeking revenge on his father, but Jeymes Samuel may be adding his twist to it.
Here’s Netflix’s official synopsis. “When Nat Love (Jonathan Majors), discovers that Rufus Buck (IdrisElba) has been released from prison, he gathers his gang to track Rufus and seek revenge. His former love Stagecoach Mary (Zazie Betetz) rides with him in this confident, righteously updated school Western. He also has his right and left hands men — Bill Pickett (Edi Gagathegi), and Jim Beckwourth(R.J. Cyler), who are both hot-tempered and drawstrings (R.J. Cyler). This is a surprising alliance-turned-enemy. Rufus Buck is accompanied by his fearsome crew of ‘Treacherous Trudy Smith (Regina King), and Cherokee Bill (LaKeith Stanfield). They are not a group that can lose.
