The fight between Jim Miller and Bobby Green, two of the oldest 155-pounders still active, is the one that will open the card.
Barber has not stepped into the Octagon since losing a unanimous decision to Roxanne Modafferi at UFC 246. During the contest, the 22-year-old fighter suffered an injury to her cruciate ligaments.
