While many fans were excited by the announcement that Wonder Woman 1984 would be available to stream on HBO Max starting December 25, the film is still landing in theaters that are running, and tickets for some of those theaters. now they are for sale. With select IMAX theaters showing the film later this month, a new 1984 Wonder Woman poster has been revealed featuring Diana in her golden armor. Wonder Woman 1984 Release Date

Previously, the film was scheduled to hit theaters earlier this year, although the coronavirus pandemic saw the film win a series of release date delays. As some fans are sure to be disappointed that they can’t see the movie on the big screen, being able to see the movie at all is something to look forward to.

Fans aren’t the only ones excited for the film that is finally being released, with star Gal Gadot sharing his excitement about revealing the adventure when HBO Max’s plans for the film were confirmed.

Original plans for the film were for it to be released at the end of last year, only to be postponed until June of this year, and the theater closings last March started a chain reaction of all the major films getting delayed on the date.
