Petrol-heads rejoice! Another special of this Grand Tour is on its way, Jeremy Clarkson lately revealed.

Amazon’s car-based fact series, hosted by Jeremy Clarkson, James May and Richard Hammond, is returning for one more lap after the release of season four’s the very first episode in December 2019.

The special, which was filmed in Madagascar four months past, will be inserted into season 4 of the series.

When Will The Grand Tour Return?

The Grand Tour will be returning this season, based on Jeremy Clarkson with a different special established in Madagascar.

According to Clarkson at the end of April, the special was filmed “four weeks back” and continued: “Give it to Amazon in three weeks, so in the event that you would like to learn when another installment of The Grand Tour is coming up, ask Amazon, not .”

The very first Grand Tour unique was last year: The Grand Tour Presents… Seamen.

Will There Be A Season Five Of The Grand Tour Come Out?

Yes! At least, that’s according to Andy Wilman, the former Top Gear production who now works on The Grand Tour. Back in July, Wilman made this article, on Instagram:

Given that only half a year has passed since the date of the post, it appears that there are another season and a half of filming left to be done – which means fans can expect one or two seasons of this Grand Tour to follow!

Producer Andy Willman also stated he’d love to perform The Grand Tour spin-offs, so we’ll keep you updated with any information on that.

Season 4 is still being released, but with much more specials coming from 2020 as announced on The Grand Tour’s official Twitter account:

What Happened In Season 4 Of The Grand Tour?

The Grand Tour’s fourth season saw some major changes to the arrangement, with the show shifting away from the traditional Top Gear-style live audience setup, towards something much more focused on adventure and exploration.

That means they’ve scrapped the favorite ‘tent studio’. Since Clarkson told the audience at the conclusion of season 3,”although the tent has gone The Grand Tour goes on.”

Season 4 sees the gang travelling to a wide selection of impressive locations, such as Cambodia, Thailand, Laos, Myanmar, Vietnam, Malaysia and Singapore. Fans of Top Gear will remember Clarkson’s previous trip to Southeast Asia, where he sparked controversy in Burma.

Where Will The Team Go In The Grand Tour Season 5?

There’s been no information released about in which the Grand Tour gang will probably be heading next – although you may want to follow Clarkson et al on societal media for occasional updates from the filming.

Given the previous season’s focus on Asia, but it may be fair to assume that season 5 will take the team everywhere – perhaps a continent nearer to home.

Who Will Appear In The Grand Tour Season 5?

Clarkson will inevitably be returning. The former Top Gear host may also be seen as the current presenter of the ITV game show Who Wants To Be a Millionaire? He previously that “`I never run out of ideas.”

“Someone asked me, earlier this show,’ What could you do with a car which you haven’t previously done?’ But my head’s filled with enough ideas for five decades,” he explained.

Hammond and May are also certain to be observed in Clarkson’s side, extending the collaboration that’s been in place since the first days of Top Gear.
