When Is Sweet Magnolias Season 2 Coming Out?

Sweet Magnolias premiered on Netflix in May 2020 and Has Been a huge hit for the streaming network. The show, together with fellow strikes like Virgin River and others, opened up the door for more love show on the streaming service.

Fans were waiting for Sweet Magnolias season 2, which was arranged a few months after the season premiered on Netflix.

Sweet Magnolias season 2, unfortunately, isn’t coming to Netflix in May 2021. We’ll have to wait another month to see the new season, but we will likely be waiting even longer than this to see Sweet Magnolias season 2.

Production on Sweet Magnolias season 2 was postponed until April 2021. We are expecting production will last through June or even July.

If that’s true, there are a chance we’ll see Sweet Magnolias season 2 on Netflix later this season. We usually expect a four or six-month gap between the end of filming and also the release date on Netflix, so if that comes to pass, Sweet Magnolias season 2 is lined up to get a late 2021 release date.

If there are further delays or production extends into after this summer, we might have to wait till early 2022 to observe the new season of this Netflix original series.

It is possible, based on how long we have had to wait around for a few Netflix shows, that we might have to wait till 2022 to watch Sweet Magnolias season 2 anyhow. It all depends on when production ends, how quickly Netflix would like to release the season, and exactly what exactly the streaming agency has come later this season.

We all know we’re going to see a bunch of big movies and shows, including holiday releases, The Witcher season 2, You season 3, and probably Virgin River season 3, also. Will Netflix wish to release Sweet Magnolias around precisely the same time as these shows and movies? We will just have to wait and watch!
