So what are we doing? We know the Paramount Network decided to delay the premiere date. One of the biggest problems with Yellowstone is that it doesn’t stream on the Paramount+ streaming site. We are curious if that will change. Paramount+’s current form Paramount+ predates the Peacock arrangement, making it difficult to know if Kevin Costner’s drama will ever move over.
But, what we find ourselves asking is: Would Yellowstone get more viewers, which would, in turn, increase its season 4 rating, if it were on Paramount+ right now? The upcoming prequel to the series will make it even more difficult to answer this question. We’ll see how this arrangement plays out over the next years. (For the record. We’ve heard that some people suggested that the streaming arrangement could have been responsible for season 4’s delay; however, we don’t see any evidence to suggest that this is true.
