Vince McMahon’s brother, Rod McMahon, passed away last Wednesday at the age of 77. Roderick McMahon III, the eldest son of Vince McMahon Mr. Rod was never involved in the business of professional wrestling. According to a Woodlands Villager report, he graduated from Havelock High School in North Carolina with a BA in Business from Memphis State University. He was also a member of the United States Air Force.

A mentor, an advisor, and, most importantly, a friend to all. Rod led throughout his personal and business life an open door policy to all who called. A kind and generous soul a character one could only hope to emulate.

Rod loved life his other passions included his family, friends, shooting sports, all things dog-related, and his fervent and enduring support of local law enforcement. Rod was the first to help ANYONE in need.

He is survived by his mother Victoria Askew, his wife of 53 years Jamie McMahon, his son Rome McMahon and his wife Kate and their sons Law and Blake of Austin TX his son Troy McMahon and Ashley and his sons Ty, Trace, Tatum, and TJ of Montgomery TX his brother Vincent K.

McMahon and wife Linda and their son Shane McMahon and wife Marissa and sons Declan, Kenyan and Rogan and their daughter Stephanie McMahon Levesque and Paul, and their daughters Aurora, Murphy, and Vaughan.
