In 1958, Miriam “Midge” Maisel is a Jewish upper class house wife and is married to Joel Maisel for 4 years. She realizes her wish to become a stand up comedienne after her husband dumps her for his secretary and starts her career at The Gaslight Café. Soon, she receives a lot of name and fame but the path was not easy for her. In season 3, Midge starts her very first national tour and holds shows at Miami and Las Vegas along with Shy Baldwin. Unfortunately, by the end of Season 3 Midge is kicked out of the tour by Baldwin due to misunderstandings between them.

The latest season will surely take off from the hanging question on whether Midge will ever restart her tour again and resolve misunderstanding with Shy Baldwin. However, the dates of the show are yet to be announced by the makers. There are speculations of the show to be released by mid-2021
