The Last O.G. Season 4

The Last O.G. is coming back for another season on TBS. This season comes with some MAJOR changes. The beloved Tiffany Haddish, the female lead, has decided to no longer be a part of The Last O.G. Although there are no official announcement for this news yet. Just like for every season, the showrunner for this season is different too. Owen Smith known for Black-ish is stepping up as showrunner in place of Keenen Ivory Wayans.

Backdrop Of The Last O.G.

The American comedy television series is about an ex-con, Tray, who is released from prison after serving 15 years. What he didn’t know is how much his life was going to change after stepping out. He feels lost in what was once his own neighborhood, Brooklyn. His ex-girlfriend Shannon has moved on in life. She now raises twins with her husband Josh, twins that he didn’t have any idea about. The third season ends with Tray finding a place to live and searching for means to earn money. His time period in the halfway house ends and he needs to pull his life together. He wants to be a better father to his boys.

Release Date

On October 15 The Last O.G. was renewed for a fourth season. In the press release no date was announced. Therefore we have no release date yet.

Cast

Tracy Morgan plays the main role of ‘Tray’ around who the story revolves. Unfortunately, there are no comments regarding Tiffany Haddish yet. Ryan Gaul as Josh Birkeland who is Shay-Shay’s new husband, Allen Maldonado(Season 1 and 2), Taylor Mosby as Amira Birkeland, Bresha Webb as Faith, Dante Hoagland as Shahzad Birkeland, Anna Maria Horsford as Roberta and Derek Gaines as Jason Watkins.
