The boys is an American superhero TV series created by Eric Kripke and is based on the comic book of the same name authored by Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson.  The first season premired on 26th july, 2019 and the second season on the 4th September, 2020 exclusively on Amazon Prime Video.

The makers of the show have announced a much awaited Season 3 installment which has kept fans eagerly awaiting.

The Boys Season 3: Plot

The story revolves around superheroes who work for a powerful organization named Vought International who market them. Apart from their heroism, the organization is corruption riddled and extremely overbearing.

The plot showcases a war between two teams Vought international’s ‘The Seven’ which comprises of superheroes and ‘The Boys’ which comprises of a vigilante team working to expose the corrupt superheroes. The Seven is led by Homelander and The Boys are led by Billy Butcher.

The Boys Season 3: Release Date

The Show’s executive producer Seth Rogen had revealed at the July Comic-Con convention about the renewal of a third season for the superhero drama.

It was also revealed that the shooting would begin at early 2021 which was supposed to begin in 2020 but delayed due to the current pandemic situation.

Fortunately, the premier of Season 3 is scheduled around the first week of September, 2021 which is a great relief for the fans of the fantasy drama.
