Sex Education Season 3

We’re all hoping we will be back in Moordale soon, but how long do we need to wait?

As if anticipation for the postponed third season of Sex Education was not already high enough, celebrity Asa Butterfield has only gone and raised the hype further ahead of the long-awaited reunite to Moordale.

Composing on Twitter, the Otis Milburn actor cryptically shown, “Lemme only say, you lot are not prepared for the season, trust me.”

That intriguing announcement might not give too much away but it is not the first time that somebody involved in the series has teased that some fairly big things are going to take place in the upcoming run.

Back in May, costume designer Rosa Dias said Sex Education season three would have an explosive ending that has large implications for season four, ensuring the authors would have”a massive challenge in their hands”.

One thing we do know is that the show will continue to focus on a storyline that played a major role last time, together with newly-crowned BAFTA winner Aimee Lou Wood revealing”Aimee’s story in season two, it’s lasted, [and] it has handled superbly throughout season three also.”

Plus it seems season three won’t be the end of the street just yet, with Wood previously claiming she was already discussing possible plot lines to get yearlong.

“I am referring to a storyline for season four at the moment that I’m giving some feedback on,” she said during a BAFTA Q&A.

Sex Education season 3 release date

We are shifting our Sex Education season 3 release date prediction. Netflix has not announced the official release date, but we’ve got some ideas to share with fans about when to expect 3.

Earlier this season, Netflix verified a 2021 release date for Sex Education season 3 in its quarterly letter to shareholders.

Contrary to The Witcher season two, You season 3, and Cobra Kai season 4, Sex Education season 3 hasn’t been verified for a Q4 release date. That is probably a very good thing now!

We’re seeing Netflix add new seasons of hit shows a lot earlier than expected. Outer Banks season 2 wrapped production in April, and it’s likely to hit Netflix on July 30.

With how things have been going lately, Netflix is rolling out large titles earlier than expected. That’s a good sign that we can see Sex Education season 3 in August 2021. Initially, we were considering a September or October release date, but it should be earlier than that when post-production is going well so far.

So, that’s our new forecast for the Sex Education season 3 release date: August 2021. It just makes too much sense to release this show when possible. Fans are waiting for it.

Early in June 2021, there were rumors that the release date would be sometime in October. While this could be true, we don’t think it’s accurate.
