A pair of video games published in 1996, Pokémon first appeared as Red and Green. They launched a media franchise which would take the world by storm later on. There have been 24 movies since then, befriend, and fight as of last year. Ash Ketchum moves back to his home in Pallet Town in Kanto after eventually achieving his dream of becoming a Pokémon master. Befriending a fellow like-minded teacher in Goh, Professor Oaks’ protege, Professor Cerise, hires the two young boys to work for his new research center. Ash has a new objective in mind, seeing the world and battling powerful trainers along the way, while Goh wants to capture one of every form of Pokémon in the world. Pokémon were placed on a brief hiatus for two months between April 19th and June 7th due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Plot of Pokémon Journeys Season 2
Ash and his best friend, Pikachu, are the highlight of the new season. This series went through the Pokémon franchise’s eight regions. As a result of its plot and enjoyed by its followers and fans, the series is one of the most popular anime net television shows. It is also predicted that the story will eventually satisfy its fans and the audience in the next series as well. So for the upcoming series, we should wait and see precisely.

Release date of Pokémon Journeys Season 2
As the series has yet to be formally renewed, a release date has not yet been confirmed for Season 2 of Pokémon Journeys. COVID-19 has affected the TV as well as the Film industry. Unfortunately, due to the global coronavirus pandemic, studio OLM had to briefly pause development on the series back in April. These delays put it back a few more months and would also likely influence the release date for a second season. Realistically, viewers do not expect Pokémon Journeys season 2 to be released in Japan before spring-2021. On Netflix, we probably won’t have to lower the second season until 2021. Best we can do is wait for 2021.
