Pennyworth is an American crime drama action spy thriller television series based on the characters of DC Comics. The series premiered on 28th July 2019 on Epix. It is a Batman prequel series. The show follows the early life of Alfred Pennyworth, the titular Wayne family butler, a former British SAS soldier in the 1960s that is trying to place his own security business in another universe London.
The Raven Society, a group conspiring to take over the British authorities, aims Alfred who subsequently begins to work against them alongside the American agents of the No Name League – Thomas Wayne and Martha Kane, the future parents of Bruce Wayne. The show has got a small but solid fan base.

Upcoming Season Details
There are no news about Pennyworth season 3 yet. However, it’s likely that the show would be moving to HBO Max for its upcoming season. Warner Bros.. TV is currently is negotiating a deal to flow season 1 and season 2 on HBO Max. Also, this deal will give Epix the advantage to rerun season 3 when it’s made.
It is not in any way a surprise that HBO Max is trying to snag the string since it’s home to most DC-related content, trying to make sure that it is the only real home for whatever is linked to the DCEU franchise. However, there is no certainty that these would be the situation. It’ll be unhappy if the series is canceled as the series is doing fairly well in terms of its storyline and it’ll be really exciting to find out what next might be possible.
