The series is wildly popular. It’s won a lot of awards. The bad news is despite the next year’s arrival was on time as new seasons of Netflix shows usually arrive within a calendar year, Ozark season 4 isn’t following the trend.
We could get to see Ozark season 4 on Netflix this year but do not get your hopes up as there’s a lot of interesting rumors and speculation on the subject. Even if season 4 arrives the flavor will be bittersweet since it is the last period of the Netflix series. According to our sources, it will consist of 2 components. Each part comprising seven episodes, bringing the total to 14 episodes. This year is speculated to be the biggest one.
Ozark Season 4 Release Date
Presently there is no date, but in the past Netflix has left Ozark release date statements until very near the true airing date usually less than a month. There was a 13-month gap between season 1 and 2 — then a 19-month gap between season 2 and 3, which makes it difficult to forecast when season 4 may appear.
With the continuing coronavirus pandemic leading to delays in filming across the film and television business, fans have been speculating that the next season could seem late in 2021 or early 2022.

Ozark Season 4 Plot
Chatting to IndieWire, Laura Linney demonstrated that unlike many other series directors, Mundy is pleased to discuss big details with his throw before shooting starts.
“I like to have as much information as I could have, and Chris Mundy is unbelievably generous — most men and women are not,” she said.
“There’s a cultural thing on tv not to give out information to celebrities…[maybe] they’re afraid an actor may have a comment about it or even need them to write it otherwise. But it never makes any sense to me personally when you don’t give the actors as much information as you can provide them, so that they could go do their job and craft their own work accordingly.”
