Nine Perfect Strangers release date on Amazon Prime Video
Amazon Prime Video will release the first three episodes in Nine Perfect Strangers. Friday 20th of August, the rest five being added weekly up to the finale on Friday, September 24th.
Amazon’s partnership was announced with Kidman’s film in May 2021. Nine Perfect Strangers have an international home besides Hulu which is still exclusive to the United States.
Kidman expressed pride in Kidman’s accomplishments, including bringing Nine Perfect Strangers to Australia during the global COVID-19 pandemic.

The show was originally attached to Kidman, who had acquired rights to the book in July 2018, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Oscar-winner, Kidman, who was also named as the star of Masha, will produce the series along with Bruna Mamandrea (Big Little Lies, Gone Girl), the executive producer. Kelley will showrunner alongside John Henry Butterworth, Ford v Ferrari. Samantha Strauss (The End) will write the series.

The Academy Award winner, who won the Academy Award for Best Drama Series, will be the series’ director. Tranquillum is a mysterious wellness facility where nine guests can relax but are surprised at what they discover.
Melissa McCarthy, who is best known for her comedy work in the likes ‘Bridesmaids, ‘Spy’ and Ghostbusters, is Kidman’s costar. McCarthy was also Oscar nominated as a dramatic performer for the 2018 biopic? Can You Ever Forgive me?
She portrays Frances Welty (romance novelist), who travels to Tranquillum after confessing that she needs “some fixing”.
Luke Evans (The Pembrokeshire Murders), a lawyer who deals with divorce cases, Regina Hall (Black Monday), a single mother, and Melvin Gregg(American Vandal) as well as Samara Weaving (“Bill & Ted Face The Music”) as a wealthy but troubled couple.
Asher Keddie (Stateless), Michael Shannon (The Shape of Water), and Grace Van Patten(The Meyerowitz Stories), respectively, are fellow city-dwellers in search of a retreat. Manny Jacinto (“The Good Place”) and Tiffany Boone (“The Midnight Sky”) play Tranquillum staff members Yao and Delilah.
