
Amazon Prime Video released the teaser of Mumbai Diaries on 26/11 on the 12th anniversary of the Thursday attack. The series is going to be based on the events which took place on 26 November 2008. The series will pay homage to the unsung heroes of that night, The Doctors, medical staff, nurses, and hospital staff. They worked continuously to save lives during the attacks that affected the city.
For many people, the night of 26/11 is unforgettable. The events which took place in Mumbai, ‘The city that never sleeps.’ The show is a tribute to the people who risked their own lives to save the lives of other people.

The cast of Mumbai Diaries 26/11
The cast includes stars Konkana Sen Sharma from Wake Up Sid, Mohit Raina, Tina Desai, and Shreya Dhanwanthary, and others
In a statement filmmaker, Nikkhil Advani said, “We Mumbaikars often discuss where we were on that fateful night when this devastating incident shook the entire city. Several shows and films centered on the incident, but no one has explored the doctors’ side of it. With this medical drama, we aim to champion the human spirit in the face of unprecedented danger and celebrate the brave doctors who had saved the day while keeping the sensitivity of the topic in mind.”.
One of the actor of the series Mohit Raina also shared two pictures on his Instagram as tribute for the victims of the attack of 26/11, in the caption he wrote “On 12th anniversary of 26/11, my thoughts go out to all victims, first responders and security forces,” he wrote in his post.
Mumbai Diaries 26/11 is going to be released in March 2021. The series is only going to be released on the OTT platform Amazon Prime Video.
