
Former Kolkata Knight Riders batsman Manoj Tiwari has been ruled out of the entire season of Bengal T20 Challenge. Due to injury, now he will not be able to participate in the remaining matches of this tournament. Manoj Tiwari was performing brilliantly but his knee has been hurt and due to this he has to be out of this tournament.
According to an ANI report, Manoj Tiwari underwent an MRI scan of his left knee. After this, the medical team advised him not to play further. Cricket Association of Bengal joint secretary Debabrata Das said that Manoj Tiwari has a left knee injury and doctors have advised him not to play further.

All the players participating in the Bengal T20 Challenge are currently part of the bio-secure bubble. The organizers of the tournament had made Green Corridor available to Manoj Tiwari for MRI scan, so that he could get his MRI scan done.
Manoj Tiwari played a tremendous innings for Mohan Bagan in the first match.
Manoj Tiwari scored 61 off just 39 balls against the Customs team in the Bengal T20 Challenge. Thanks to his innings, Mohan Bagan’s team managed to win by 17 runs. The match was played between the Bio-Secure Bubble at the Eden Gardens ground in Kolkata.
Manoj Tiwari had hit 3 sixes and 5 fours during his 61-run innings. He said after the match “It was great to be back in the field. Cricket has started again and nothing could be better.”
