The arrival of two new actresses to the cast allows us to know more about the spin-off House of The Dragon.
We told you last week, two new actresses have joined the cast of House of The Dragon. They are Milly Alcock and Emily Carey, two young recruits who will play the teenage version of Princess Rhaenyra Targaryen (played by Emma D’Arcy) and Alicante Hightower (played by Olivia Cooke, seen in Ready Player One). An addition to the cast which already has a great pool of talents such as Matt Smith ( Doctor Who, The Crown ) who will slip into the skin of Daemon Targaryen, Paddy Considine ( Peaky Blinders) aka the future Viserys Targaryen, and Rhys Ifans who will lend his features to Otto Hightower.
An announcement which therefore suggests that the new HBO series will use a lot of flashbacks to explain the original plot of the two young women. Alternatively, showrunners Ryan Condal and Miguel Sapochnik will also have the option of adding a parallel timeline. This would allow you to get to know Princess Rhaenyra Targaryen and Alicent Hightower in more depth, as is the case in The Witcher show. Regardless, it has been confirmed that Milly Alcock and Emily Carey have landed recurring roles in House of The Dragon. Which therefore means that in addition to seeing them often, the spin-off timeline may stretch even further than we thought. Case to follow! While waiting to learn more, discover these mistakes made by Game of Thrones that the spin-off should avoid.
