For millions of viewers around the world, the ‘Harry Potter’ saga was a generational phenomenon, which brought the stories of J.K. Rowling to the big screen. There we met Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint and Emma Watson (among many others), whom we saw grow up in front of us and become great magicians in fiction.

However, it has been almost a decade since the film saga put an end to the story of Harry Potter and company. Along the way, fans have found new passions with ‘Fantastic Animals and How to Find Them’, starring Eddie Redmayne (and who is already preparing his third installment), but it is impossible to forget those iconic moments that we have lived since ‘Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone’ up to the doublet of ‘Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows’. For this reason, surely many are wondering: could there be a new film in that original saga? And would its actors be willing to reprise its legendary characters?

If we ask Rupert Grint, who played Ron Weasley, the answer is yes. Well, more or less: “I don’t know. I mean, never say never. I would never say, ‘Absolutely not.’ It was an important part of my life and I really like that character and his stories.” These are statements by the actor to the ComicBook.com website, where he makes it clear that there are no plans for a revival of history, but he is very open to the possibility that there might be. “Yes, I would be willing to do it at the right time … I don’t know in what capacity it would be, but yes, we’ll see,” he continued. They are not overly forceful words, but open enough to fuel fan fantasies. After all, hope is the last thing you lose.

For now, we will see Grint in the second season of ‘Servant’, which premieres in January on Apple TV +. In addition, the actor became a father last May with his partner Georgia Groome.
