WWE Backstage will return on Saturday, January 30 at 8 p.m. ET on Fox Sports 1, the day before the Royal Rumble broadcast. The news was announced by their host Renee Paquette through the WWE on the FOX Twitter account.

WWE Backstage premiered on November 5, 2019, and was officially canceled on June 22, 2020, when FOX made a budget cut in its boxing and wrestling programming. However, FOX wanted to continue the show only when WWE held PPVs and big shows.
Host Renee Paquette ended her contract with WWE after SummerSlam but is still under contract with FOX. Along with her, the show featured renowned co-hosts such as Booker T, Paige, Christian, Mark Henry, and the monthly CM Punk collaboration.
