AMC launched the sixth season of the zombie drama Fear the Walking Dead in October, after going on hiatus for several months, generating a state of anxiety in fans.
As all Fear the Walking Dead fans know, the AMC spinoff series aired the first half of season 6, already going on hiatus to return with the second part sometime in 2021.
Recall that the production of season 6 of Fear the Walking Dead stopped in March, as a result of the blockage generated by the coronavirus pandemic that is affecting the world.
According to the showrunner, Fear the Walking Dead was filmed until Episode 7 when it went into mandatory hiatus. Therefore, the team is producing the final episodes of the sixth installment under strict safety and protection regulations against the coronavirus.
And is that even though the second part of season 6 does not have a release date, the Fear the Walking Dead broadcasting network, AMC, confirmed this week that there will be a seventh season of the zombie drama.
In this sense, the writers of Fear the Walking Dead are already actively working on the scripts, but so far a start date for the seventh installment of the series is unknown. According to showrunners Andrew Chambliss and Ian Goldberg, the series has no end in sight.
