Elite Season 4

The Spanish thriller drama Elite is shortly going to be back together with the fourth season. Premiering in October 2018, the series has gained a massive fanbase across the world having an IMDb rating of 7.5/10 and an overwhelming 97% on Rotten Tomatoes.

The massive success of the show can be attributed to its portrayal of themes associated with the upcoming generation including various advanced issues along with a murder mystery.

The series is set at the fictional school of Las Encinas and follows three scholarship students in the elite school and their wealthy classmates as they struggle with relationships and beating murder in the school. As the show progresses, another pupil is murdered and the puzzle just keeps getting bigger.

The series premiered on Netflix on the 5th of October, 2018, with eight episodes. Many hailed the series as a”guilty pleasure” and it received much acclaim from critics and fans alike. After its success, a second season was released on 6 September 2019 plus a third on 13 March 2020.

In January this year, the season was renewed for a fourth season which is scheduled for a release next month, on the 18th of June, 2021.

In addition to this, the series has been renewed for a fifth season which will release in 2022.

The latest season will see many celebrities reprising their roles. This includes Itzan Escamilla like Samuel, Miguel Bernardeau as Guzmán, Arón Piper as Ander, Omar Ayuso as Omar, Claudia Salas as Rebeca, and Georgina Amorós as Cayetana.

Joining the cast this season are actors by Manu Rios, Carla Díaz, Martina Cariddi, and Pol Granch who will star as new students this year.

Unfortunately, Mina El Hammani (Nadia), Danna Paola Lucrecia (Lu), Ester Expósito (Carla), Álvaro Rico (Polo), and Jorge López (Valerio) left the show after the third season. Thus, we will not be seeing them .
