Mike Malone, coach of the Denver Nuggets, sent a warning to Facundo Campazzo after the team’s loss to the Jazz about how the Nuggets worked. And the Argentine seems to have understood it perfectly at the first exchange and proved it against the Thunder. The former Real Madrid player took his magic for a walk and showed his coach the reason for his signing for the Colorado franchise in one of the night’s plays.
The Argentine first showed his skills as a thief for seconds later to display his magic with a pass between the legs backward that Monte Morris did not miss.
Campazzo came off the bench again to play 18 minutes in the Colorado team’s victory over Oklahoma. Time in which he scored three points (one of three from the triple and one of six from field goals), stole a ball, and gave an assist.
