Bosch Season 8 Story: Which Books It Could Adapt
The new IMDb TV series will follow Harry Bosch (Titus Welliver), as he begins the next chapter in his career. He is working with Honey “Money,” Chandler (Mimi Rogers). Bosch season 7 is heavily adapted from Connelly’s 2014 novel, The Burning Room. However, some plot elements of the final season came from The Concrete Blonde which was written in 1992.
Connelly’s Harry Bosch series books are still available, even though Connelly’s show has been a bit inconsistent over the seven seasons. The spin-off will likely draw inspiration from some of the most recent books in the series as it moves along with the plot. The Crossing (2015) and The Wrong Side of Goodbye (2016) are just a few of the titles. Notable is the fact that many of these novels feature Bosch’s half-brother Mickey Haller. This character will be the main protagonist on Connelly’s new show, The Lincoln Lawyer.
