“Bosch” is a police procedural drama that first aired on Amazon Prime Video on February 6, 2014. The series centers on Harry Bosch, the LAPD homicide detective who investigates various cases every season. Eric Ellis Overmyer developed the cop series, which was inspired by Michael Connelly’s novels. Connelly is also the series creator.
Its suspenseful drama, gritty setting, and solid performances have made the show a popular favorite. The screen adaptation was not well received by critics because it does not replicate the experience of reading the books.
