The recent episode of Bigg Boss 14 saw the continuation of the nomination task for the week. The contestants were seen planning and strategizing to save themselves from evictions as the finale week is just near. The episode also turned emotional as Rakhi Sawant and Rahul Vaidya cried while nominating Abhinav Shukla.
WHAT WAS THE NOMINATION TASK?
In the nomination task, Bigg Boss gave the contestants a unique book where they had to tear the page bearing the name of the candidate they wanted to nominate. The housemate whose page will be left untorn will be safe from the eviction process. All the contestants were nominated in the house.
CONTESTANTS PLAN FOR THE NOMINATION TASK
The episode began with intense planning and plotting amongst the contestants in different groups even after being punished earlier for breaking the same rule. Rubina Dilaik and Nikki Tamboli discussed among themselves whom they wanted to save. Nikki said that she would nominate anyone else but Rahul Vaidya. Rahul and Aly Goni were also seen discussing the strategy for the nomination process.
WHAT HAPPENED WHEN THE TASK STARTED?
We then saw the contestants coming inside a dark room one-by-one where they gave reasons whom they wanted to save and why. While Devoleena, Nikki, and Arshi were seen quite confident with their reasons and nomination choices, Rahul got a bit emotional as he shredded Abhinav’s page. Meanwhile, Rubina saved Abhinav from nominations.
Amid this, Rakhi Sawant was seen crying inconsolably as she was confused about whether to save Abhinav Shukla or not. Rakhi has been flirting with Abhinav for a few days now and has often gone overboard with her love for him. She said, Tumne mere Saath bohot bura kya hai Abhinav. Main kya karoon Bigg Boss. In the end, she saved him.
After Rakhi, Arshi went inside and decided not to tear Abhinavs name. She said that she wanted to see him in the finale. However, when it was Rahul’s turn, he got emotional and tore Abhinav’s name. Meanwhile, Nikki Tamboli and Aly saved Rahul.
In the end, Devoleena Bhattacharjee, Arshi, Nikki, Rubina, Abhinav, Rakhi, and Aly get nominated for the week.
ARSHI KHAN ACCUSES DEVOLEENA OF STEALING HER SOFT TOY
During the episode, Arshi realized that her soft toy, Shero, was gone. Arshi said that she won’t spare Devoleena if she took it. The duo has been not on good terms with each other for a while now. Arshi panicked as she started looking around the house for her toy. Rakhi tried to blame Aly but he clarified he didn’t have it. Later, Arshi found her toy hidden behind a sofa. She said, “Some useless person had hidden it here. People are cruel to take revenge on my baby.” She kissed shero and said no one can take him.
NEW BB SHARE MARKET TASK ANNOUNCED
Towards the end of the episode, a new task named BB share market was introduced in which the house turned into a stock market. There are two stock companies and Abhinav Shukla Aly was the head of each. Their stock companies were required to buy a portion of the house. The other inmates acted as the share-holders of the house areas and they had to increase their share points. To do that, the contestants had to convince other housemates to spend more time in their area and then bargain with Abhinav and Aly to sell their areas. Both Aly and Abhinav had 1 lakh points to start with. The two contestants with the highest properties in the house will be the winner of the task. They will be awarded special privileges like exclusive meals. The winning captain will also get the power to choose someone to purchase items from the BB Mall.
While Rubina got to the kitchen area, Nikki was allotted the gym area. Rahul Vaidya was in charge of the bedroom and Rakhi got the washroom area. Devoleena had to sell the garden area.
