Can I send mail to the folder I created other than the INBOX directly?

I want to send mail to the folder I created such as "myfolder1" directly, I can't find a good way.Now I have to send the mail to INBOX and copy it to "myfolder1" Folder,but this is too stupid.

Who has better way to implement it?

The sender of a message has no control over what folder the message gets saved in. All new messages appear in Inbox. Your mail server either has to move them, or when you fetch your messages, you can move them. As a sender, you can't do anything like that.
