
‘Why Women Kill’ is an American dark comedy-drama anthology television series. It is created by Marc Cherry for CBS All Access. The show aired on August 15, 2019 and the first season consists of a total of 10 episodes.

Plot
The show encompasses three women from different decades. They are connected through having lived in the same Pasadena Mansion and experiencing infidelity in their marriages.
Beth is content as a housewife in 1963 until she learns about her husband Rob’s unfaithfulness. While, socialite Simone in 1984 discovers her husband Karl’s homosexuality and begins her own affair with a younger man. Although attorney Talyor is in an open marriage in 2019, she finds her relationship tested. Since she and her husband both are attracted to the same woman.
All these infidelities ultimately lead to events that end with a woman taking the life of another person.
On Rotten Tomatoes, the show has an approval rating of 67% based on 27 reviews. Whereas, on Metacritic, ‘Why Women Kill’ has a weighted average score of 62/100 based on 15 critics.
Release Date
The series was renewed for a second season shortly before the first season concluded. However, the release date of season 2 is unknown. Given the circumstances, ‘Why Women Kill’ season 2 is unlikely to arrive this year.
