He said that it is aimed at making an “optional experience for business in the app” easy.

According to Zuckerberg, WhatsApp is in the “process” of updating its privacy policy to make these optional experiences available. Zuckerberg also clarified that the privacy of chats with friends and family of a user will not be changed by the new policy.
He said, “All these messages are encrypted end-to-end, which means that we cannot see your messages unless the person to whom you send the message shares it himself.”
Zuckerberg said that if a business account user chooses our privacy option, then their business messages will be hosted only on our basic structure. We are extending the date of this update so that everyone has time to understand what the update means. Zuckerberg said that more than 175 million people message on WhatsApp business accounts every day.
