West Indies cricket has confirmed the upcoming Bangladesh tour. The West Indies team will also play two Test matches besides a three-match ODI series in Bangladesh. Earlier, West Indies cricket had said to keep the tour short. The Bangladesh Cricket Board accepted that request and now both boards have agreed to remove the T20 series. The West Indies team will play in Bangladesh in January.

The ODI series starts on January 20 and the first two matches will be played in Dhaka while the final match of the series will be played on January 25 in Chattogram. The first test in Chattogram will start from February 3, after which both teams will be set up for the final test. The second Test match will begin on February 11.

Cricket West Indies did an inspection

Earlier, Cricket West Indies sent a two-member investigation team to Bangladesh for protection from Corona. Both investigating members were satisfied with the protocol set by the Bangladesh Cricket Board for the coronavirus. After this, Cricket West Indies has decided to send the team to Bangladesh.

Many series of Bangladesh Cricket Board have fallen victim to Coronavirus. Bangladesh Cricket Board wants to see their team playing in international cricket as soon as possible.
