WandaVision includes a massive MCU cameo coming in a future episode, but who is the puzzling character? Kicking off the MCU’s Disney+ era in fashion, WandaVision was refreshing and challenging in equal measure, bursting out of the conventional MCU mold with a wacky sitcom that has so far given only a small nod to the regular superhero format. Somehow, Wanda Maximoff is trapped in the suburban city of Westview along with her deceased lover, Vision, along with other residents torn from their lives in the external world. As though that wasn’t strange enough, Westview takes the kind of a sitcom, and starting with the 1950s, has proceeded through to the gaudy decor of the 1970s.
Wandavision Season 2 Release Date: When Will It Return On Disney+?
WandaVision season two hasn’t been confirmed yet, however, and Elizabeth Olsen is currently filming Doctor Strange 2, so don’t expect new episodes until late 2022 in the absolute earliest…
Unless you just happen to have some great reality-bending powers available. And if that is the case, what exactly are you waiting for? We want new episodes ASAP!
Who’s In The Cast Of Wandavision?
As already mentioned, Paul Bettany and Elizabeth Olsen will be reprising their roles as Wanda (or Scarlet Witch) and Vision.
Alongside them will be other returning Marvel Cinematic Universe characters Darcy Lewis (Kat Dennings) and Agent Jimmy Woo (Randall Park).
Kathryn Haun will also star within an undercover function, which buffs could see in the trailer.
Teyonah Parris will join the show since Monica Rambeau, who viewers initially met as a young girl in Captain Marvel.
What Will Season 2 Of Wandavision Be About?
It is difficult to say, considering season 1 is hitting Disney+. But we do know that Wanda’s storyline is primed to continue from the Doctor Strange sequel, Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness. Olsen has already confirmed that she has started working on Sam Raimi’s movie. (Though the same can not be stated for Bettany’s Vision, who technically died in Avengers: Infinity War. )And, in typical Marvel style, every storyline is going to be interconnected, which means the events of WandaVision could have ramifications for several films and shows to come.
