Plot

Upcoming Season
Netflix revived The Witcher for the second season even before airing the first season. Netflix co-CEO and Chief Content Officer Ted Sarandos affirmed in April 2020 that The Witcher Season 2 will arrive in Q4 of 2021, so it could release between October and December 2021. A final release date hasn’t yet been cited and there are no official trailer.
Fans are eagerly waiting for the new season. Filming was delayed due to this pandemic along with also a foot injury that Cavill endured but today the filming was wrapped. But, post-production takes quite some time so the series isn’t returning in June.
Netflix released the listing of shows and movies arriving in June 2021 but The Witcher was not on the list. Fans will have to wait a little longer before they can witness the new episodes.
