Grizzled Young Veterans Zack Gibson and James Drake defeated Ever-Rise within minutes. The fight was finished with a Ticket to Mayhem to get the victory on the count of three. Gibson and Drake will face in the next round the winners of the fight between The Way vs Kushida & Leon Ruff.
On the other hand, Adam Cole And Roderick Strong of Undisputed Era took the victory over Breezango Tyler Breeze and Fandango. Despite Pete Dunne Oney Lorcan, and Danny Burch trying to distract Cole and Strong by attacking Kyle O’Reilly NXT champion Finn Balor came out to assist Kyle while Cole applied a Superkick to his rival for the count of three. Undisputed Era will face in the second round the winner of Tony Nese & Ariya Daivari vs. Ashante Adonis & Desmond Troy.
