The American reality television shows The Real Housewives of Atlanta may return to Bravo Network for a season 14. The show is a spin-off of The Real Housewives. It has received a good response from the audience even though certain critics describe the show as a “guilty pleasure”. Glenda Hersh, Lauren Eskelin, Lorraine Haughton-Lawson, Anthony Sylvester, Luke Neslage, Anne Swan, Andy Cohen and Steven Weinstock are the executive producers of the show and the main filming was done in Atlanta, Georgia.
However, the makers of the reality series have not yet disclosed any further renewal for it as the show had just aired its season 13 last month. There has been no disclosure of the release date of season 14.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta is available for stream exclusively on Netflix for the Indian audience.
What Is The Reality Show All About?
The Real Housewives of Atlanta features the daily personal and professional lives of 5 housewives(initially). The ladies have a home to take care of and a career to achieve. It also traces Gen-Z women and how they balance overall family life and their own dreams and ambitions to bring an equilibrium in their wedded lives.
The show’s broadcaster Bravo describes the women in the show as, “entrepreneurs, doting mothers and classy southern women.”
The final season 13 aired on December 6, 2020. This season focused on Cynthia Bailey as she was preparing for her wedding with Mike Hill and had the task of inviting her dad to the wedding. She felt awkward to do so as her parents were divorced. The season also focused on Dennis McKinley and Porsha as their relationship was breaking away. Apart from the drama-filled stories, the show did seem to follow protocols to follow during the coronavirus pandemic which seemed pretty impressive.
