Format Of The Grand Tour Season 4
The format for Season one to season three was a little similar to Top Gear. It included car reviews, timed laps, motoring challenges, races, studio segments and celebrity guests with the team. The studio-nothing but a large tent. The tents were located at different locations worldwide. They finally fixed their studio-tent at Cotswolds. For the first three seasons, the series was pre recorded and also included live audience segments. A humorous segment called “Celebrity Brain Crash” where celebrities ‘killed’ in an accident while on their way to the presenter’s tent. A segment in which death is staged outside the tent by a body double. Eventually, the segment dropped off because of complaints from viewers. A new segment ‘Celebrity Face Off’ was introduced in its place.
