
One of the most unbelievably entertaining shows this year, Ted Lasso, has announced its renewal for Season 2 before the finale of Season One. Apple TV+ had confidence in the show before its premiere. Therefore they declared about Season 3 too. The show is based on earlier NBC Sports characters. Ted Lasso belongs to the comedy and sports genre, a warm fuzzy combination for sure.
Release Date
Ted Lasso Season 1 ended recently in October 2020. Although the creators have announced their revival we have no release date as of now. They plan to start shooting in London sometime soon in January 2021. The late schedule is due to COVID restrictions.
About The Show

What started as NBC’s promo of Premier League has now become a full-fledged series on Apple TV+. The show is about an optimistic human, Ted Lasso, who gets hired by Rebecca to run her husband’s football team to ruins. With no knowledge or experience about football, Ted plays football coach for AFC Richmond. What started as revenge for Rebecca has taken a 180° turn. Ted Lasso wins over everyone, the team, Rebecca and encourages a winning spirit single-handedly.
Richmond loses to Manchester and takes the brunt of this to lose by falling in ranks. They’re shown the door in Premiere League. To reinvigorate their previous position they have to now play in the Champions League. Winning this league is their only savior. However, this requires a lot of hard work, determination and Vigour. Rebecca takes a step back on her revenge plan because of Ted’s influence. She sees some potential in the club and Ted now. Season 2 will pick up from this point. Let’s wait and watch Ted’s optimistic behavior bring laurels to AFC Richmond.
