Rumble Movie 2021

Based on the graphic novel Monster on the Hill by Rob Harrell, the story of Rumble is set in a world of where we find both humans and giant monsters. The movie is all set to hit the screens in the summer of 2021.

In this upcoming American animated sports-comedy film, we would be seeing the giant monsters as super athletes. These monsters would compete in a global sport of professional wrestling called Monster Wrestling. The protagonist of the movie is Winnie who seeks to follow her father’s footsteps by training an underdog inexperienced monster named Steve. Winnie’s plan is to coach Steve in such a way that he becomes worthy enough to go up against the defending champion Tentacular.

Matt Lieberman, Etan Cohen and Richard Pusel are the writers of the story. The movie has been directed by Hamish Grieve. The production companies involved are Paramount Animation, WWE Studios, Walden Media and Reel FX Animation Studios. Mark Bakshi and Brad Booker are the producers of the movie.

When will it release?

Initially the film was supposed to release in July 2020. But it was pushed back to 29th January, 2021 due to some production problem. The entertainment industry got affected due to the ongoing Cpovid-19 pandemic situation. This delayed the production process which postponed the release. The film is now all set to hit the screens and will be getting the initial summer-time release, only a year later. The film will be releasing on 14th May, 2021 as per the latest announcement made on 27th October, 2020.

Who voices the characters?

The films stars the voices of many famous people. We are going to hear the voices of the following people:

  • Will Arnett as Steve
  • Terry Crews as Tentacular
  • Fred Melamed as the Mayor

What to expect from the movie?

The movie follows a 17-yerar old monster wrestling trainer, Winnie. In the movie, the story will be focusing on Winnie’s hard work in training Steve for the championship. Steve is a giant red reptilian monster and an amateur wrestler. We are hoping to see the duo going through some rigorous training to strengthen themselves for the competition. The highlight of the movie will be the face off between Steve and Tentacular, a tentacled monster with a shark head.

All this makes it a promising story to watch in which the audience surely can invest their time.
