During the Elimination Chamber 2021 broadcasts through WWE Network, it has been confirmed that Edge will face Roman Reigns for the Universal Championship at WrestleMania 37, the most important event of the year.

Roman Reigns had a simple night after defending the Universal Championship against Daniel Bryan who found himself badly injured for his participation in the elimination chamber. After winning a match that lasted just over 90 seconds, Reigns was surprised by an Edge Spear in the center of the ring. “The Rated R Superstar” made their decision official for the Immortals Showcase Central Event.

Remember that Edge is the brand new winner of the battle royal of 30 male superstars that took place on January 31 at Royal Rumble 2021. After his victory, the member of the WWE Hall of Fame scored the three top champions of the company including to a disgusted Roman Reigns who demanded to know the fighter’s decision. Edge was threatened several times by Roman until he received a Spear from “The Big Dog” last Friday at the blue show.

WWE WrestleMania 37 will take place on April 10 and 11, 2021 at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa Bay, Florida. Fans will be able to watch both nights of the great event via WWE Network and via pay-per-view. At the moment, it is unknown if the show will have a live audience inside the venue or will use the ThunderDome system.
