Roman Reigns and Jay Uso were defeated by Otis and Kevin Owens via disqualification in WWE SmackDown this week. A record of Roman Reigns is broken in the show. With the exception of the 2020 Royal Rumble, Roman Reigns has lost the match for the first time in 355 days.
Roman Reigns’ Record Broken At SmackDown This Week
Roman Reigns had not lost in a WWE TV match since day 355 but lost this time. They lost the last match against King Corbin in WWE TLC 2019. It also featured The Revival and Dolph Ziggler with Corbin. However, from 27 February to 30 August, Roman Reigns has not fought a match due to Kovid. He was running out of WWE.
The undefeated run of Roman Reigns began with a match against Dolph Ziggler. In early 2020, Roman Reigns defeated Robert Rude, King Corbin, The Miz, and John Morrison. Following his return in August, Roman Reigns won the Universal Championship by defeating Braun Strowman and The Find at Payback. It then teamed up with Jay Uso to beat King Corbin and Sheamus two weeks back. Roman Reigns then defeated Jay Uso twice and defended the Universal Championship. He also won against Strowman and Drew McIntyre.

This week but this run is over. The episode of SmackDown featured tag team matches. Roman Reigns and Jay Uso face off with Kevin Owens and Otis. The match was over by disqualification and Roman Reigns, Jay Uso suffered defeat. The dreaded anger of Roman Reigns was also seen this time. Kevin Owens and Jay Uso were badly beaten by Roman Reigns. Earlier in the middle of the match, he attacked Otis with a steel step. Roman Reigns will now have a match with Kevin Owens in TLC. This match has been announced only this week. The PPV will be held on December 20 and the match is going to be fun here.
