Indian left-handed batsman Shikhar Dhawan turned 35 on Saturday, 5 December. The veteran is currently in Australia, taking part in a three-match T20I series. However, he is not part of the Test team, but last played in Test format during India’s tour of England in 2018. After making his debut in 2010, Dhawan has been part of the national team for the past decade.

During this, former Indian batsman, Virender Sehwag has congratulated Dhawan on his birthday. The Nawab of Najafgarh, who played for the Delhi home team along with Dhawan. They have a very friendly relationship with Dhawan and both are often seen dying of fun.

Sehwag is often known for his funny posts on Twitter. He did something similar on the occasion of Dhawan’s birthday. He asked Dhawan to score runs at the home (Australia) of his wife Ayesha Dhawan, who lives in Melbourne. Dhawan visited Australia after a spectacular campaign in the Indian Premier League. He became the second highest run-scorer and took his team, Delhi Capital, to the finals, although his team had to face defeat in the final. During the tournament, he also became the first batsman to score back-to-back tons in the IPL. In the successful season, the season started very slowly, soon he caught the rhythm and then scored more than 600 runs.
