Novak Djokovic recently acknowledged his love for the superhero film genre and revealed that he never sees any news on the TV. The 33-year-old made a few more intriguing revelations through a recent interview conducted by Sasa Ozmo.

Novak Djokovic and Dominic Thiem recently suggested some of their favorite film and TV recommendations.

In the interview, Novak Djokovic and a number of the other participants of the Nitto ATP Finals – such as Dominic Thiem – were requested to provide a few film and TV recommendations on that a number of these supplied intriguing answers. Ozmo interviewed the players before the start of the recently concluded Nitto ATP Finals.

I don’t watch TV at all: The Serb

With the championship having reasoned, the reporter has published Novak Djokovic and others’ answers. The Serb began his answer by admitting he used his television just for seeing the game and did not appear to be a big customer of TV shows.

“I’m not watching TV almost whatsoever,” Djokovic shown. “All of the things I am interested in I can find on YouTube. TV is only for sports — I don’t watch the news in any way. I don’t know what to imply — lately, I have been watching kid movies with my kids.”

Novak Djokovic further mentioned that he remained away from news channels and spent his screen-time largely watching movies with his kids.

Nonetheless, in the absence of his kids, Novak Djokovic stated he liked to watch documentaries together with his wife Jelena. More interestingly, the duo also enjoyed seeing the big-budget Marvel movies, awarded Novak Djokovic’s affinity towards superheroes.

“When they (his children ) are not about, then my wife and I usually watch some good documentaries, but here– we enjoy Marvel movies too, I’m fond of superheroes,” Djokovic continued. “Things they could do that none of us can, it fires my imagination and I like.”

World No.1 stated he discovered his imagination sparked from the Marvel films’ all-powerful characters (such as Thor, Captain America, Black Panther).

Much like Novak Djokovic, Dominic Thiem also confessed he enjoyed watching documentaries. The Austrian revealed that he was a keen follower of the true to life stories from the world of sport.

On being asked for his recommendations, Thiem was fast to name a current Formula 1 documentary on Netflix as well as the chronicled saga about mythical German footballer Bastian Schweinsteiger.
