My hero academia has revealed the newest power that Izuku Midoriya has harnessed, as part of his One For All power set. This particular power comes from the Fourth User of One For All, and his unique peculiar ability, which, it turns out, isn’t that unique at all. The mysterious fourth user of One For All had My Hero Academia Spider-Man’s version of the Spider-Sense ability, which allows him to sense danger before it hits. Of course, this being My Hero Academia , the nature of this “Spidey-Sense” quirk is very different from that of Peter Parker’s danger radar, as Deku finds out the hard way!
The previous chapters of My Hero Academia War Arc saw the main conflict of the war take shape, when the leaders of the heroes (Endeavor, Izuku Midoriya, Shoto Todoroki, Bakugo, Best Jeanist) faced the main players on the side of the villains. : (Tomura Shigaraki, Dabi, Gigantomachia, Compress, Spinner, Toga). That conflict caught fire (literally and figuratively) when Dabi revealed that he is Endeavor’s son and Shoto’s brother, Toya. Dabi went insane to cremate Shoto only to hurt Endeavor, but Izuku intervened at the last second and saved Shoto’s life.
In the last chapter, we see that Izuku’s heroic effort knocked him unconscious, until a voice calls him awake again. It is then when Izuku realizes what that voice is: He also realizes that whatever supernatural power that allowed the fourth One For All user to feel danger, that power also had a great impact on the mind. Untrained, Izuku remains on the brink of consciousness, as the villains reawaken Shigaraki (not possessed by All For One), and the Nomu Intelligent monsters approach.
The mystery of the fourth user of One For All and that peculiar power has hung in My Hero Academia story for quite some time. To be honest, this reveal isn’t necessarily the strongest, even though Midoriya essentially learning to use Spidey-Sense opens all sorts of new doors for who he can be as a hero and how he fights.
My hero academia Chapter 295 definitely looks like we’re nearing the end of this war arc. While some of the more shocking character deaths or big plot twists have yet to come to pass (yet), this arc has definitely changed the status quo of My Hero Academia in a big way. Izuku Midoriya is now more prepared than ever to be a true successor to All Might and lead the next generation of heroes.
