If you end up asking, wherefore art thou, Lucifer? Don’t worry, you’re not alone in that. Currently, lovers of this sinfully entertaining Netflix series are still waiting on season 5 part 2 to drop. And we are going to be waiting a bit longer.
Originally, it seemed like buffs might eventually get their wish sometime in February 2021. But alas, they did not. That said, there may be some fantastic news on the horizon for those ready to dive into the devil’s concessions in the City of Angels. It is only a matter of when.
For those just learning about Lucifer, here is the premise.
What Is Lucifer About?
Netflix describes the storyline for this one as:
Equipped with being the Lord of Hell, the devil relocates to Los Angeles, in which he opens a nightclub and creates a connection with a homicide detective.
Of course 5 part 1, the Rotten Tomatoes Critics Consensus notes that while the brand new batch of episodes “may not earn it any new converts,” it does a solid job creating some of its characters, and the show’s “unique brand of levity” is bound to “suit” present lovers.
Is Lucifer Returning In 2021?
As we reported, there’s a fantastic opportunity Lucifer will eventually premiere during the spring of 2021. Right now, we’ve theorized maybe April 2021, but we’ll have to keep you posted on this forecast.
While it still looks like we’ll probably be receiving season 5 part 2 in 2021 after all, the release date has not yet been announced.
