Legacies continue the story of Hope Mikaelson. She is the daughter of Hayley Mikelson (Klaus Mikelson). Hope is a powerful vampire, werewolf, as well as witch from the highest bloodlines. The series was started by a group of supernaturally gifted students who visited Salvatore School For The Young and were looking to master their superpowers.

Hope lost her existence in the second season. However, she didn’t die. Referring to the legend of vampires, they can only be accessed by those who are alive. Also, she will not be able to access the power while she is still alive.
In season 3, episode 14, Hope doesn’t appear to be going to die soon enough to benefit from the vampire superpower. Hope may be killed in order to make the TV series more thrilling.
