IPL 2020 Will Be Bigger Than Previous Editions – Because it is For The Nation Said by Gautam Gambhir

Ahead of this 2020 variant of this IPL at UAE, Gautam Gambhir has said this edition of this tournament is larger than the others since it’s for the country, following the COVID-19 break.

Last week, finally after months of discussion and debate, IPL’s Chairman Birjesh Patel verified 2020 edition of this IPL will be performed beginning September 19 together with the closing allegedly scheduled on November 8.

Former Indian opener and also a stalwart of the IPL, Gautam Gambhir has said that the present edition of this tournament could be larger than others, purely because it’s for the country. In addition to this, the former KKR skipper indicated it would not matter a good deal on which franchise wins or that player’s scores so long as there are IPL actions.

Former KKR captain Gautam Gambhir, who headed the group to two triumphs, stated that the place doesn’t matter since the IPL will alter the mood of the country. It won’t be about which team wins or that scores the most runs or requires the maximum wicket, this time that the IPL will probably be larger than ever.

“Doesn’t matter where it goes but obviously it goes to UAE, it’s a great venue to play any format and plus most importantly it is going to change the mood of the nation. It’s not about which franchise win, which player score runs, which guy takes wicket, it’s just changing the mood of the nation. So, this IPL probably will be bigger than rest of the IPL because I think this if for the nation,”

IPL 2020 will even observe the much-anticipated comeback for MS Dhoni, who’s been on sabbatical from international cricket because World Cup 2019.
