India VS Australia

Since the Covid-19 outbreak, the India Vs Australia series will be India’s first international assignment. The Indian team under the captaincy of Virat Kohli will be playing a full series down under with three ODIs, three T20Is and four tests.

The Indian team is going to go up against the Australian A team in Tour Matches which will be held ahead of the Test series. Along with the live streaming of the ODIs, T20Is and the Test matches, the audience will also be able to see the Tour Matches.

Rohit Sharma, Ishant Sharma and Wriddhiman Saha might feature in the Tour matches where they would have to prove their fitness before the Test Series.

The Indian cricket team has already departed for a two- month tour of Australia. In 2018-19, India’s last tour of Australia was to play for the Border-Gavaskar Trophy, where the Indian team made a historic 2-1 series win in the four-test series for the first time in 71 years since 1947-48.

Dates: India’s tour of Australia will begin on 27th November, 2020 and is scheduled till 19th January 2021.

Venues: All the three formats will be held at five venues- Sydney, Canberra, Adelaide, Melbourne and Brisbane.
