I am not okay with this series based on Charles Forsman’s picture book, using the same name, which first streamed on February 26 this season on Netflix. This series gained a great deal of popularity in a couple of days and left in a bit of suspense in the ending, which increased the requirement for the second season even more. Let’s learn more about the plot, cast, and date of release of this second season.
Release Date
Until now, no date has been declared as there’s not any confirmation about season 2 from the makers, although we can expect the new season in 2021 following the announcement.
But nothing can be confirmed just yet as the planet is going to a rough time as a result of the COVID-19 outbreak resulting in a delay in the launch of many TV shows and movies. The production work was stopped in the whole entertainment industry as of now, which may cause a delay in the release of the series.
Cast
There has been an expectation that the first cast will return. It will mean that Sophia Willis will return in the role of Sydney. Although other members of the principal cast will consist of actors like Wyatt Oleff (Stanley Barber), Sofia Bryant (Dina), Kathleen Rose Perkins (Maggie), and Aidan Wojtak-Hissong (Liam) are also very likely to appear again. There has been no announcement of any new addition to the cast of this series for the new season.
Plot
The second season will largely pick up from the events from season one. In the new season, we can realize that the experience between Sydney and this guy will be prominent, and they both are in the exact same position. Therefore, we can see him further her abilities and utilize them.
Also, we can see her connection with her dead father and navigate relations with her mother and her sexuality. But fans are concerned about the future of the fresh season as there has been no official confirmation of this.
