During the Friday Night SmackDown broadcasts via FOX, the superstar Edge appeared on the blue show for the first time after winning the Royal Rumble 2021.
The first moments of SmackDown saw a furious Roman Reigns for not being able to receive The Rated R Superstar to know his decision for the great event. After threatening to reveal his rival before the end of the show, Edge entered Tropicana Field to live with workers such as Sonya Deville or Shinsuke Nakamura before going on stage.
Edge entered the Thunderdome and clarified that he was very proud to be back home. After warning that he would select his rival for WrestleMania, The Big Dog appeared to interrupt the statement of “The Rated R Superstar, but the latter managed to convince him to remove Jey Uso and Paul Heyman from the ring. Immediately afterward, Kevin Owens attacked Reigns with a surprise Stunner before closing this week’s broadcasts.
Edge Scored His Three Possible Wrestlemania Opponents
Last January 31st we saw The Rated R Superstar winning the battle royal of 30 male superstars that spearheaded the pay-per-view, Royal Rumble. The next day on RAW, Edge warned Drew McIntyre that he would score among all his possible rivals. The winner of the battle royal has already paid a visit to the top headlines of RAW, SmackDown, and NXT, among which you must choose for the great event that will take place on April 10 and 11 at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida.
